Four Things You Need To Do in Temecula

There are so many things to do in Temecula, and you’ve probably done them over the years. Here are some fun things you could go do for the first time – or just to experience it again!

4. Hot Air Balloon Rides

You probably always see hot air balloons outside the window during the summer, because I sure do. Hot Air Balloons are actually a major attraction in Temecula – besides the wineries. Go with your friends and family and take a ride in a hot air balloon!

  1. Go To An Alpaca Farm

There’s an alpaca farm called Alpaca Hacienda right here in Temecula! It would be fun to go and check it out. Alpaca’s are just so furry and cute, and you even get to feed them! This is a more expensive option, but if you have the money, you should definitely go! Find them at thealpacahacienda.com. Don’t really want to see alpacas? I found this chocolate & petting zoo that might interest the younger people in your family; go to www.sugarplumzoo.com.

  1. Go Berry Picking

Temecula Berry Co. is a U-Pick Blueberry Farm that is so fun! I used to go there all the time as a young kid, and I still enjoy going today. Just by going, you get to have a bunch of blueberries. (This isn’t in Temecula, but there is also a Strawberry Farm in Fallbrook I suggest going to; kennysstrawberryfarm.com)

  1. Paint Some Pottery

There are two places where you can do pottery in Temecula; Temecula Clay and Painted Earth. You can paint dishes and little trinkets, and you get to keep them. There are also pottery classes available at both; Temecula Clay, Painted Earth. Painting pottery can be expensive, but if you have the money, I suggest going.

So many fun trips can happen at these places! We’re very lucky that Temecula has so much to offer. Is there anything you like to do that isn’t on this list? Let us know in the comments!
