Teachers have been known for rivalries, friendships, and favorite students, but which one is the best? It all comes down to the students’ opinions. They will decide on the best teacher for each subject. As you may have read last month, the vote for “Best Social Studies Teacher” went to Mr. Salcedo! Now the science teachers will have their chance for victory. TMS’s science teachers are Mrs. Crippen, Mrs. Kocaya, Mrs. Calverly, Mrs. Vogt, Mrs. Newman, and Mr. Hinrichs. They will be competing for the title of “Best Science Teacher”!
These are the nine students we interviewed! Who do you think is the best teacher?

The students’ opinions have shown that science teachers are some of the best people to be around! They are kind, funny, and great teachers overall. They can keep a tidy workspace and help make bonds with their students. But before we keep you waiting any longer, the winner of the title “Best Science Teacher” goes to… Mrs. Calverly! Congratulations to the chosen teacher! Your students truly love you! And just because one is favored over the others, all the science teachers are amazing and we are lucky to have them guide our learning careers. With that, thanks to the teachers who spark a love of learning in us all!
