Starting in 2018, Cobra Kai has gained a strong fan base over the years, including fans of the original Karate Kid movies and new viewers who are just interested in the show. Unfortunately, all good things have to come to an end. With the first episode of season 6 airing in July of 2024, and the latest part in November of 2024, Cobra Kai is now coming to a close. If you have not yet watched Cobra Kai or the new season, beware of spoilers ahead!
When Are the Last Episodes of Season 6 Coming Out?
This final season is being released in separate parts. Beginning with Part 1 released on July 18th, 2024 followed by Part 2 released later on November 15th, 2024. Season 6 Part 3 is now confirmed to be released on February 13th, 2025. This will be the last part of Season 6 and adds 5 more episodes to the series before its end.
A Recap
The first two parts of Season 6 were an emotional whirlwind. Following the arrest of Terry Silver and the downfall of the San Fernando Valley locations of Cobra Kai, Miyagi-Do, and Eagle Fang are left to join together (they now go by the name Miyagi-Do) in preparation for the Sekai Takai. Only some students were chosen and only two students were chosen as the captains. Part one ends with us learning about Tory’s betrayal of her previous dojo and her friends.
Part two was extremely action-packed as Miyagi-Do is now competing in the Sekai Takai. Because it is a national championship, we meet many new characters from different countries. With the new characters comes new drama.
Theories
Many of the series fans have been left uncertain about how it will end. Many think that the captains will change. Robby Keene is the boy captain of Miyagi-Do but due to him not being focused on the Sekai Takai, many think he will no longer be captain and the new boy captain will be Miguel Diaz. Others disagree. Because of the interest in Mr. Miyagi’s past, it is also pretty certain that the exploration of his past will be expanded in the last episodes of the season.

I think in my opinion Cobra Kai is really good show but it is sad that it is the last season, I think that should make a sequel for Cobra Kai.
