Formal
The eighth-grade spring formal is an event you don’t want to miss. The formal is held on May 2nd and will last from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Bring your casual outfits, and get ready to walk the red carpet because the theme is Hollywood. Tickets cost $40 without an ASB membership and $30 with the membership. Churros and ice cream will be paid for through your ticket, so you get the chance to enjoy a delicious snack while partying. There will be a dance floor, a DJ, and a Churro truck. Have a blast, eighth graders!
Knott’s Berry Farm
On May 28th, the 8th graders are going on their field trip to Knotts. To be eligible for the trip, you must have less than 12 discipline points and a 2.0 or higher GPA. You also need to turn in the permission slip and the payment of $100 ($55 with a seasonal pass) by April 28.
Awards Night
The Awards night will be held on June 3rd. This night is for eighth graders only and is a way to recognize many of the amazing eighth graders behind the walls of TMS. Invitations will be sent through email or a letter to parents and students. Invitations are expected to be received towards the end of May. Invited students will be recognized in the MPR at 6:00 PM. We hope to see many of you wonderful eighth graders there!
