Every year the staff and teachers pick out one teacher to be teacher of the year. Last year it was Mrs. Schweitzer and this year it’s Mr. Guzman! Mr. Guzman is a 6th-grade PE teacher who everyone loves. He is a role model for many students and is always smiling! Here are Mr. Guzman’s answers to some questions!

Mr. Guzman is AWESOMEE!!! I love eating lunch in his classroom and wish I had him in 6th grade (I didn’t go to this school then). Congrats!!!!

I have Mr. Guzman for period one. I truly think he grades on effort and not amount. As long as you try your hardest you’ll do amazing in his class. He really dose deserve teacher of the year. Congrats Mr.Guzman!!!!

Mr Guzman is super kind and patient, he will help you learn something if needed and when we were in the hockey unit whenever he saw my team struggling he would join in and help us, he is an amazing teacher, I love to be in his class.
