Zoe Rojo, Secretary

It’s time again for the PTA Reflections! The PTA reflections are a way for students to create and express themselves through art. There are grade divisions so you would be in the middle school division (6-8). You can win prizes for your work. Your older and younger siblings in grade school can participate as well, in their own age divisions. This year’s theme for 2021 – 2022 is “I Will Change the World By…”.

The due date for the reflections is October 22, 2021.

What are the different categories?

There are 7 categories: Visual Arts, Music Composition, Photography, Dance Choreography, and Literature. For more information on the requirements visit the PTA website.

How do I submit my work when I’m done?

To submit your art go to this google form (also can be found in Mr. Morton’s email on the Reflections). You need to use your own individual email (not your school one) or your parent/guardians email to submit.

How is my work evaluated?

They will evaluate your work by Interpretation (how closely the piece relates to the year’s theme), Creativity (how creative and original it is), and Technique (how well you did your piece).
